Compensation:
$30/hr to $38/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team at their Class A Office Building. This person will be responsible for operating, monitoring, maintaining, and responding to abnormal conditions in facilities systems. Areas include: electrical, mechanical and building monitoring and control.
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of experience with building operations engineering
- Working knowledge of:
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing Systems
- Prior knowledge of Building Automation Systems/Programing
Plusses:
- Knowledge of UPS, ATS, Emergency Gen Sets, Electrical Diagrams and troubleshooting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems, to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, such as repairing leaks, replacing faulty equipment, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, addressing issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules, including lubricating equipment, replacing filters, and inspecting building systems for signs of wear and tear.
- Monitor building systems and equipment for efficiency and performance, recommending improvements or upgrades as needed to enhance reliability and energy efficiency.
- Assist with building renovations and upgrades, coordinating with contractors and vendors as necessary to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
